2020 Maddens Rise Pink Fizz

Estate grown, hand-picked and hand made.

This sparkling wine is made solely from hand-picked estate grown Pinot Noir (89%) and Pinot Meunier (11%) grapes in the traditional French style. It was fermented for 10 months using wild yeasts in old French oak barriques and stainless steel. Following tirage, it matured for a further 12 months on lees in bottle before being disgorged and dosage added to enhance its generosity of flavour and palate weight.

Our Pink Fizz has a beautiful Coral pink hue and lovely persistent bead. The palate has lovely weight, with notes of watermelon, rose water and yellow peach, balanced by lovely acidity. On the nose, we find strawberry, fairy floss and quince blossom notes. It is a rich and luscious sparkling wine, perfect for any festive occasion.
