Frequently Asked Questions
There are two wine deliveries each year (during Spring and Autumn). Unfortunately this is only available to Australian addresses.
Each delivery will be a pack of 6 wines. But you may choose more than one pack.
If you wish to change your membership pack(s) at any time prior to your credit card being charged for the pending despatch of wine packs, please contact us by email at info@maddensrise.com.
Of course! There are NO membership or cancellation fees – just pay for the wine we will send to you, by charging your credit card.
Membership and the agreement are ongoing, with termination by you permitted at any time after your first delivery by emailing us at info@maddensrise.com.
10% discount on all full bottles of wine purchased from cellar door that are not already discounted (discount does not apply to wine by the glass, and no further discounts apply).
Wine offers that are exclusive to club members – including museum and limited release wines and pre-release offers.
No tasting fee at our Cellar Door.
